Coconut cricket & Spice granola recipe

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup 100% Pure Mighty Cricket Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbs vanilla extract
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbs water
  • 1/2 cup honey

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients but egg white in a large bowl. Mix well. Whisk the egg white with 1 Tbs water in a small bowl until frothy. Add to the granola mixture and fold in. Combine well.

Spread mixture evenly over baking sheet and press together. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Stir halfway through bake time using a large spatula, careful not to break up the granola too much. Rotate pan.

When granola is evenly browned and dry, remove pan from oven. Let cool completely. Granola will harden as it cools. Break up granola into desired size clusters. Store in air tight container.

Sweet & spicy curried granola recipe

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup 100% Pure Mighty Cricket Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
