Extra! Extra! The USDA thinks protein is IMPORTANT!

Did you know that the US Department of Agriculture recommends that all men and women over the age of 19 should get at least 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight/ day (or 0.37 grams per pound). In other words, a woman who is 130 pounds should get at least 48 grams of protein to maintain an optimum diet.  If you need a reference, that would be about 7 eggs or so (depending on the size of eggs you buy from your local grocery store).  And, you should get even more if you are participating in a vigorous exercise regimen.  Many body builders, for example, take about 1 gram of protein/ pound of body weight!  That is a lot!

Now, all of us don’t have to be body builders, or gym rats, but cricket protein can be a fantastic supplement regular diet!  In fact, our cereals have between 5-10 grams of protein in a serving.  We have specifically designed the flavor profile to fit seamlessly into your routine.  It’s super easy to prepare, enjoy and share with your people.

Yeah, we are a little biased, but we think you should take a taste!
